This Rent In Highlands vacation rental home is pet friendly for one small dog, under 20 pounds. Pets must be pre-approved. An additional non-refundable pet fee is required and is not included in the rental fee. Please call our office for approval and to pay the pet fee. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $1000.00 fine.
Only adults (25 years old and older) may reserve this property and an adult must occupy the property at all times.

Areservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, therentershall receive a refund of all payments made,less acancellationfee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.
Policy (B) for reservations of 20 days or more and reservations made 6 months in advance:
NO refund is given unless the property is re-rented under the same terms (Trip insurance is available and recommended to help protect your trip).

Summary: We had a wonderful stay with our family ranging from age 13-74. The house was very spacious and clean. The manager was easy to work with. The house is in a great, convenient location. I will definitely be saving this to go back in the future.

Summary: Highlands is our favorite place, and this was by far one of the greatest houses we have rented. The house was beautiful but comfortable, well stocked, and the two wood burning fireplaces were amazing! There was so much room for our toddlers to crawl/walk, and Alicen was always quick to reply and help us with any question! What a gorgeous house and a wonderful week for our family! Thank you!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The team was responsive when I had questions. I appreciated your help. Alicen and Susan were very helpful. And Lori answered many of my questions prior to my arrival since this was the first time I have used your rental company. One suggestion...In the past when we have rented Highlands properties, including this one, we were able to send a check for our stay and avoid any extra charges incurred by using a cc. It would be nice if you would accept a check. I offered to send one and was told by Lori that I had to use a cc and pay the fee.
